Design Services

These services can be contracted individually and executed quickly. They include hands-on executions that yield immediate results and often leave you with some basic level of guidance for you to continue after I leave you. In most cases, the range of completion ranges from same-day to a week or two after my visit. Most of these do not require an initiaul consult if being contractedd as a single service but can be booked directly. If more than one is desired, I recommend scheduling a free initial consult to create a bundle rate.

  • Site Visit & Consult

    1-Hour visit to point out visible issues and immediate solutions for a quick upgrade that you can execute solo. It will involve (among other things) suggestions for rearranging, lighting, and a follow-up checklist for easy execution. Best for folks who just want another set of eyes but who are very down to execute solo. $100

  • Quick Fixes

    An extended 2-Hour initial site visit, where we identify easy and affordable solutions to an extended array of issues,. I help with some on-the-spot rearranging and a basic Keep or Toss of major elements. I leave with things already improved somewhat, and you end up with a Left-To-Do list as well as my Rules of Thumb guidebook. $150

  • Keep & Toss

    A focused 3-Hour site visit where we go through your whole home and decide what to keep, what to highlight, what to toss, and what to store. This involves IDing what brings you the most joy and how to utilize in creative ways. Be prepared to let go of things! (or at least put them in storage). After the visit you’ll get a basic shopping list, and the Rules of Thumb guidebook. $ 200

  • Basic Concept Design

    I create three inspiration boards for each room, showing different decor directions. Each board will have represented the elements that you already own as well as a list of desired “to add” elements, with descriptors to aid in your own sourcing and tips for where to look. You walk away with a basic shopping list and vocabulary to use in your search.

  • Color Consult

    I’ll create several color schemes and palettes for up to three rooms, including paint choices for walls. After my visit, you’ll receive a document with the schemes outlined for each room, and specific paint colors to test out if desired. This is eligible for my client-only offer of paint application at an industry low rate. $250

  • Style Discovery

    A lot of us think we know what we like because of what we’re told to like. HGTV, Target, even Pinterest can be the biggest killers of the unique aesthetic.This service helps to name and nail down exactly what styles actually resonate with you, and why. By the end you’ll know key words, places to look, and ways to dig up those elements on your own (and you’ll be better at using Pinterest afterward) . $150

  • Store & Organize

    If a major issues is clutter, disorganization, under-utilized existing storage, or lack of storage options, this is a three-hour site visit where I help identify solutions for solving the issues and do a bit of decluttering with you. You’ll receive a guided plan for re-organizing beyond the visit, with some online sourcing for storage solutions, if applicable. $200

  • Wall Decor Solutions

    Whether it’s one big blank space or a general need to improve how you’re showcasing your wallspace - or maybe you don’t have much to show off in the first place? Whatever. We’ll figure out how to make your walls look awesome. Comes with follow-up digital concept boards and sourcing ideas with a guided list. $250

  • Full Concept Design

    After an extensive site visit and aesthetic discovery process, I’ll create a complete style concept plan for a total home transformation. Best for folks with good management skills who are motivated and have the bandwidth to take charge of their transformation; no hands-on help needed but who just need some help creating the vision. Included: Color Consult with paint selections, Floor Plans, multiple Mood Boards for each room, Wall Decor, aesthetic keywords for sourcing searches, Hot Spot List and Rules of Thumb guidebook

  • Total Design Plan

    After an extensive site visit, you’ll complete a questionnaire that outlines constraints, budget, and needs in order to narrow down your project scope. From there I create a Full Concept Plan (above) as well as a step-by-step execution guide to your transformation, complete with budget-based phasing, priorities, and a project calendar that can be paused any time. As close to a package as you can get without any assistance in sourcing. Best for those who need a detailed plan and help in managing, but who are confident they can do all the sourcing and applications themselves.
