Design Services
These services can be contracted and executed quickly. They include hands-on executions that yield immediate results and often leave you with some basic level of guidance for you to continue after I leave you. In most cases, the range of completion ranges from same-day to a week or two after my visit. Most of these do not require an initial consult if being contracted as a single service but can be booked directly. If more than one is desired, I recommend scheduling a free initial consult.
Sourcing Services
Sourcing Sourcing is the act of hunting for whatever elements you need for your space. In most cases this can take up a lot of a person’s time and energy. With these services, I can take that load off of your shoulders on a month-to-month basis - or assist you as we do it together.
In all cases, my role is to only find the pieces and then send them your way. You are the ultimate driver and decision maker. If you love something, you buy it! Similarly, you can send me things you find for my feedback or to keep track of your spending budget. In this way, we. are working together to source everything on your list.
These do require a consultation and may require a site visit (included) - unless you know already what you are looking for.
Full Packages
Best suited for clients in need of a full home makeover, or those who are considering several a la carte services, Pipit’s comprehensive packages include nearly all design and sourcing services and are delivered over set periods of time. They involve total concept and design plans for all rooms needed, as well as a period of dedicated consultation, hands-on applications, a Process Plan and phased out Execution Plan that corresponds with a determined budget. These involve our working together in collaboration, delivering the largest transformational impact before our contract period ends, at which point you are well set up to finish the makeover yourself.
